Fun Fructose-Free Foods for Toddlers and Children
This is a fun list of foods that we have found at stores that should be okay for our fructose-free kids. If you have something to add, please share it with us! -Mothers brand Oatmeal Cookies -Mothers brand checkerboard wafers -Mothers brand Peanut Butter -CHEEZ-IT Reduced Fat Crackers -Dove Sugar-Free rich dark chocolate with chocolate cream (not most of the others) -PEPPERIDGE FARM baked goldfish pretzels -PEPPERIDGE FARM baked parmesan goldfish
(Always double check the ingredients before trying these foods to make sure they are safe. If you find something on our list that you find doesn't qualify, please let us know.)
This list is new. I would love to see it grow! We will be adding additional items as we find more fun foods our kids with Fructose/Sucrose Malabsorption/Intolerance can eat. Of course, there are basic lists out there of foods that do not contain fructose/sucrose, but this list is for fun foods that we have come across.
